French Law & Cookies

Since December, 5th 2013, the French law has changed for cookies management on web sites.

It is now mandatory according to French Law to get the users agreement to be able to use cookies on a web site (with a few exceptions).

In particular, it means that, to use Google Analytics, users must have agreed cookies usage. See the CNIL page (in French) for further information.

I have updated accordingly my article about the legal notice on web sites.

Happy web site modification ! wink
