Unprotecting an Excel sheet

Sometimes you need to work on an Excel spreadsheet (likely with macros) and that sheet is protected with a password that nobody knows any more !

You will need to open the file with an archive reader (like 7zip) and then remove the protection tags from the xlm files as described in the CAPI-EARS post.
